We saw a paediatrician today who confirmed my three week old baby has silent reflux. We are starting ranitidine and I asked about positioning whilst sleeping.
My baby sleeps in a sleepyhead places inside a snuzpod crib at night and just in the snuzpod anywhere in the day. Can I find a blanket and put it under the sleepyhead on the snuzpod mattress to see if that helps? I think I read something about not putting things under snuzpod or mattress?
Or should I put the folded blanket under the mattress of the snuzpod and then the sleepyhead in it? That wouldn't solve the problem of what yo do when she isn't in her crib?
Any advice on this or reflux tips would be gratefully received. We are exhausted. The only thing stopping her crying hysterically on settling to bed is a dummy that she keeps spitting out for ages which is so tiring as it means we are awake until practically the next feed! We are using mam baby orthodontic dummy
