Men B Vaccination reaction

DS had second Men B jab on Monday. Wasn't majorly fussed slight fever but nothing that couldn't be controlled with calpol. As of 8pm last night he has projectile vomited the entire contents of his stomach, continued to be sick all through the night and won't keep any further feeds down. Did anyone else experience this post vaccination, in particular after the 16 week ones? He was fine after first Men B jab

Could be unrelated, he might have caught a tummy bug, lot of them about at the moment. Has he been sick again?

That's the thing, so many reactions are possible, and not necessarily to the men b, could have been one of the others. DS had fever for 3 days after 8 week jabs, but the drs response was along the lines of 'that's not normal, let's wait till tomorrow and see' and fair enough DS was fine the next day
