Does anyone have any recommendations for sleep books or websites?
Ds2 is a fairly good sleeper but is developing a habit of waking hourly from about 3/4 this was because of reflux which is now under control. Ds1 was a horrible sleeper made worse by me feeding to sleep and jumping every time he moved in really keen to help ds2 become a good sleeper but I feel I need some guidance. He is only 12 weeks far to young for sleep training just looking for ways to help him get as much sleep at he can I'm not rushing to get him sleeping 7-7.
