How would you feel if your exes girlfriend or boyfriend (not partner) was posting pictures of themselves on social media with your ex and your dc and captioning it family time?

I would have found it really hard. I had to block my ex on social media so that I didn't see things like that. I totally understand how it hurts. But try to focus on the positives. If they are together and serious about their relationship, then it is a good thing that your ex's new partner is accepting and has a good attitude towards spending time with your child. Try not to let it upset you.

It's not me it's my eldest sister. Divorce went through a month ago and her ex has been dating this women for a few months. Her dd met her after two weeks. She's upset and doesn't know whether to speak to her ex about it because the girlfriend is posting photos daily of her dd.

Ahh, that's all very quick then! The odd post could be tolerated but every day seems a bit much to me. Is your sister on civil terms with her ex to be able to have a conversation about it that could be productive or would it just create more stress and not be worth it?

They were trying really hard to co-parent together until this new relationship but from what my sister has said he's become a lot more distant since the new girlfriend (which I can understand but she's worrying it's affect DD) they doesn't last Christmas together and have lots of mutual friends so I would say it was an amicable split but echo seems very keen to prioritise new woman now.

It's really hard. My DD met XP's new partner a month or so ago and she seems to be making a real effort with her which is lovely but it is hard not to feel pangs of jealousy. I am trying to concentrate on the positives, surely the more people who love my little girl the better and I genuinely hope their relationship works out for DD's sake
