Rash under 5 month old baby's neck

Hi mums !!
I'm new to this site.
My 5 month old baby have a rash in her neck and I'm not sure if it's eczema or just a normal neck rash , it's irritating and and itchy, Dr did prescribed zero double but it seems no use , does anyone had similar experience?? Please let me know what can I use on my baby's neck ?

I use normal nappy cream on any sore creases - the one I use is weleda so no paraffin etc :)

Yes I use weleda for neck rash. Currently my 13 week old has some on his neck, bottom, and behind one ear!

Is it a bit cheesy?
If so, it might need cleaning and applying some sort of barrier cream a couple of times a day, especially if she's a bit dribbly.

I would clean it with water wipes and keep it dry, put bepanthen on it then.

Little bit of canisten will clear it right up, little chubby chins are all warm and sweaty so will breed bacteria. It will soon clear up though.
