advice please?

Her nappies are full to bursting every morning even though she only has a very small drink of milk before bed.

She has been dry by day for 2 years.

Any advice please?

My friends 6 year old is only just becoming dry at night, if you did a straw poll of your friends children you would find this is not unusual.

DD was tdry int he day from 24 months. She is now nearly 5 and, although ouit of nappies at night since turning 4, is stioll wet about 40% of the time. Tried all sorts and nothing makes any difference. She can go a month or so of being dry and then reverts to wetting.

I have decided to not fret or worry about it; it'll happen with time.

not unusual at all. My DS1 is 5 and his nappy is always soaked at night too.
I think a GP or someone wouldn't start to worry until they are 7.

Bit of a faff though isn't it?

By the way, lots of threads on here (if you search) of children this age and older all who are wet at noght. It is really common!

Dd is nearly six, has been dry in the day for over three years, and is still not dry at night.

It's not considered a problem until they're seven. There's a hormone which kicks in sometime before that age which suppresses urination overnight; until that happens there's nothing much you can do other than relax about it.

My niece was 1 month off her 7th birthday when she became dry at night. Ds is 4 and still in nappies at night. I'll try him again in the Spring but I'm not too bothered and neither is he
