apps for tablet and phone to stop unwanted sites

Can anyone please recommend a security app to block sites such as pornography as I understand they can appear when legitimate searches are made. Many thanks

I've tried everything including speaking to the internet provider yet he still seems to get on it so I'm gonna keep an eye on this thread to get help too
