Best tip for me is to go with the flow. Dont stress about the small stuff leaving more room for enjoyment.

Some days, if everyone is warm, fed and still in one piece, that day is still a win.

Always do what you feel is best, regardless of what other people say, do, or think.
There will always be someone somewhere who disagrees or thinks you're wrong, but that's okay, because they are entitled to their opinion, like you are entitled to yours

Good foundations build strong buildings. Be firm EARLY ON for a happier easier future.

Make sure the DC know you love them even in the days you don't 'like' them

Children old enough to work technology can help with housework!

No eating standing up.

I know it sounds daft - I thought so when I read it on here. It's not.

Child 1 cuts cake
Child 2 has first choice of slice

Everyone fed, no one dead is what you aim for.

Criticise the behaviour not the child.

Tell them you love them every single day.
