My dd is 6.5 months and it looks like this:
Wake up between 5.30 to 7am
Breakfast porridge and then 6oz milk
Nap - 9ish (between 30 to 90mins)
Play/go out
Lunch
Nap middayish - 30 to 90mins
Late nap 3.30ish - 30mins
5pm - tea
6pm - bottle
Bedtime - 6.15/6.30
One to two wake ups and bottles a night.
