German/Chinese playgroup in East London?

Hello, my baby is turning 3months soon and we would like her to join a German speaking or Chinese speaking playgroup in east London, would appreciate your recommendations! Thank you :)

The Hoop app is really useful for finding language playgroups :)

I'm also interested in a Chinese (Mandarin) or German speaking playgroup in east London. Our son is just a few days old but it could be also nice to meet other Chinese/German or Chinese/English couples.

@emwantsbiscuits: Do you have more information about "Hoop". There are several apps called hoop in the play store.
