HELP my 9wk old ds has stopped sleeping in the day

Just wondering if any one has any advice or tips.
My 9wk old ds has stopped sleeping in the day. He previously slept for a couple of hours but now he nods off but can't go into a deep sleep and wakes up after 10mins. So now is really tired and restless and I am at a loss of what to do with him.

Has this happened to anyone else and if so what did you do?

My DD started to do the same a few weeks back! She'd have a couple of hours throughout the day to start but now at 20 weeks it's very rare she'll nap in the day, and if she does it's 20 mins at the most. Today she hasn't had a single nap!! I find that she's more likely to have a sleep if we go out, being in the car sends her off so she may get 40mins or so if we go shopping. Maybe try going for a walk, this also settles DD, although sometimes she doesn't go off until she's had a good scream!! She also loves her swinging chair and did used to nap in it, but as she's getting older and more inquisitive it doesn't do the trick!!
