Boots! Can't get 'em on!

Would someone please tell me how to get wellie boots on my 15 month old properly!

she's also got a great pair of moonboots never worn coz i can't get her feet in them.

both are the right size for her feet but i just cannot get her heel down into them properly.

educate me please!

with great difficulty. You generally need to go up a size in wellies and get boots with zips on. If you're very unlucky dd may have high arches and top of foot in which case getting anything on is an absolute nightmare. Don't know any other tips apart from shove hard whilst rotating the boot.

hi buffy, yeah the wellies were a half size too big when bought.

the moonboots were an xmas gift from my brother - LAST year LOL! she was only 8 weeks old then.

good tip about the zip, will bear in mind if ever buying myself.

ah well, just so long as there isn't a secret method that is kept from 1st time mums LOL!
