Milk for constipated one year old?

My daughter is 15 months and I believe cows milk makes her constipated. She drinks plenty of water, fruit & veg yet still struggles. She does love yoghurt and cheese BUT I cut these both out for a while and it made no difference. In fact, it was worse so I believe cows milk may be triggering it.

She loves milk. She only has two bottles a day. I've been looking into alternatives to cows milk - semi skimmed, almond or soya milk?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Ds has suffered with constipation (which led to him being impacted) a lot.

Apparently milk is constipating (he was also on 2 bottles a day).

We found that the GP prescribing Movicol helped a lot (start with a half sachet, increase by half a sachet per day until diarrhoea then reduce by half sachet a day) worked well and he can now have a similar amount of milk providing he carries on with prunes for breakfast (he's always had these).

Also stewed pears are full of fibre- might help?
