Teenage son extremely fussy eater

HELP.... My 14 son has always been a very fussy eater - basically eats beige food NO fruit or veg. Has always been like this from the age that he could choose his food.
Drives me mad....
Do you know if a cook book that has ideas of how to hide fruit & veg in his meals? I need inspiration.

Pasta sauce is pretty easy to hide veg in, just blend the sauce.

Smoothies?

He wont drink smoothies & I do hide veg in pasta sauces. I need different recopies. Tried him with clear chicken soup today with nothing in apart form some chicken pieces. He refused it.

Does he eat pizza? Which beige food does he eat?

I'm not really sure there are any other ways to "hide" veg in all honesty

I'd be tempted to leave it tbh, he'll grow out of it

You could try Deceptively Delicious - it's an American cook book by the wife of that Seinfeld bloke I think. I ordered it years ago & while it's a faff to do what she suggests, it might be what you are looking for.

Thanks so much for the book suggestion. Just ordered it form Amazon xxx
