Teddy for the weekend!

My son came bounding out of school today, absolutely over the moon that he had earned this bloody thing for the weekend.

Looking through the book people have taken teddy to parties, made cakes, gone go karting and the beach. These are just some of the things.

My problem is this weekend is my only free weekend where we have nothing on, I'm 32 weeks pregnant and just wanted to sit on my arse with movies and eat crap, I know it won't go down well with the parenting brigade when the pictures show that though, so what easy fun activities can I do with this stuffed bastard that won't make me look like a shit mum Grin

Ps I did thing about lying but we have to include photos and I'm rubbish and photoshop Hmm

Annesummers is a fab idea, might ask if I can take a rabbit out of the packet just for the photo Grin

Only problem is they have to be activities with the kids, how do I explain I take my children to sex shops on the weekend Wink

Ha ha ! Love it.

I took photos in the school hols for my friend. We had lots of friends of BB. Mine went on the plane sitting waiting with another bear a little girl had. Then on the plane. In Singapore by the pool and on the bridge. My DD was 12 and highly embarrassed. In front of the Opera House in Sydney and on the bridge and a BBQ.
Missed out of the book but given to friend - drinking Singapore Slings in Raffles Hotel photo of bear sipping drink, flat on his back, hanging over toilet!
Kings Cross in Sydney peeping around corner sunglasses on.
On Bondi beach with some tinnies.

Love the baby ideas. You could also lay a picnic in the garden or how about having him work will you put your feet up. Washing windows, dusting, washing the floor while mum rests. Au pair for the day bear tries out people's jobs.

Just remember to get the DC dressed before you take photos! We got the stupid bear one weekend when we had nothing planned but playing and watching tv in pajamas usually have loads on and in desperation made cake with them.

I completely forgot to get the DC dressed, so the photos are all of them in their pajamas making cake in the late afternoon. I was a bit Blush thinking of the teachers and other parents after but had nothing else for it.

We had a poorly bear - stuck small red stickers on him for chickenpox and he had to go to bed poorly- photos of him snuggled under duvet.

In year 2 annoying koala bear toy did jobs - so cue washing windows, vacuuming, washing up , and sweeping leaves in garden plus popped next door to eat their eucalyptus tree!

In year 3 borrowed neighbours tricycle and photos of him on bike with other children , then photos of him on skateboard, making popcorn and falling asleep on sofa.

Thank god that in year 4 there us no bloody bear toy !

Good luck and congrats re baby
