How/ when to tell older children you're expecting?

I feel I need tell my 6.5- and 8.5-year-olds that I am expecting another baby soon (I'm 16 weeks and slightly showing)... but wondering about the best way to handle it.

Does anyone have any advice, or tales of reactions from older children? (There's lots of advice online about telling 1-5 year olds but haven't found much for after that). Thanks

I didn't tell mine until past the 20 week scan
Be prepared to answer any questions they have on how the baby got in and how it is going to get out!

Thanks AveEldon... we've done it now. Were prepared for lots of questions around how and why. The questions we got were:
Where will it sleep?
What will it look like?
And the comment (from my daughter, 6.5): it's so embarrassing!
None of which we expected!

There is no way you can plan for a child's question on this matter. No way at all :)
