Is Weetabix in a league of its own in terms of its impossibility to get off...anything?!

Seriously, the stuff is like glue!

Or do I just not have the know how/knowledge of a super duper way or cleaning product to get it off tables, clothes etc?

The only answer is to get it off before it dries. If you're not washing bowls / cutlery / bibs up immediately (ha, who does!) then run some water in the sink and bung them all in and sort them out later. If they're going in the dishwasher I rinse all the residue off first otherwise they dry before the machine gets turned on. Clothes I bung in a bucket of water until they can be washed - don't let it dry on. If you've got an antilop high chair then the chair and tray can go in the dishwasher!

remember DON'T LET IT DRY!!! If you already have, only god can help you now... and he/she probably has more important things to worry about...

Thanks ladies. DD spilt some on a wooden table but I had no time to wipe it off before leaving! Took me an age to get it off last night!

Use a hammer and chisel. OR use it to build an all weather igloo. Once it's dried, nothing will ever erode it.

The worst thing to clean weetabix off is a baby's backside the next day!

I have had it vommed all over me, the car and the car seat . It's amazing how many tiny crevices there are in a car seat!

Luckily my son eats his Weetabix dry so we just have crumbs to deal with.

My DH on the other hand, makes porridge that is like quick drying cement. God only knows how he's not constipated for all eternity. I've had to chuck a couple of bowls that it had dried on as it was now bound to them at a molecular level. He's under strict instructions to soak the pot instantly or wear it.

Banana the devil's fruit. The first time I mashed it up and fed it to DD1 it went all over her bib. Oh well, I thought, and chucked it in the washing basket. Rookie mistake! It dried before it went in the machine, and not only didn't wash out, it turned brown.

Thanks god it all washes off the children. DD2 currently thinks thinks food is a fun hair styling product

Baby rusks are same. Dried mush = cement. Rice cakes are far better.
