12 month vaccinations

My baby has his 12 vaccinations tomorrow. Was wondering how badly he's likely to react to it? Basically to do I have to write off tomorrow for waking round and round in a pram with a screaming baby or is it likely to be ok?

For reference, the 2 month ones were horrific, 3 months ones fine, 4 months ones bad but copeable

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Did your DC make the cut of for men B? If so, it's likely the men B they are reacting to as you said they were fine at 3m and that's the only ones where they don't have men B. As far as I know, they have that at the 1yr vaccinations too so maybe expect a bit of a reaction. Keep up the carpool schedule as advised.

Yeah it was the men b ones he reacted to. And I've just checked and they do have it at the 12 months one. Arse

We had no issues on the day, I dropped DD at nursery after and she was fine. She spiked a bit of a temp and was grizzly about a week after which we were told to expect. All the other jabs she was grizzly and had a temp within the first two days of the jab.

So he's been ok up to now. A bit grizzly and was sick (the nurse said this could happen with the MMR). But just now he started shivering/shaking. He has cried a lot more in the last couple of hours too. The shaking lasted about a minute and now he's back asleep on me. Any ideas about what it could be? Do I need to worry?
