Dummies

Hello maybe a stupid question but if is it dangerous if I put a dummy in my babies mouth whilst in their Moses basket and then they are sick ?

If they are sick the dummy will come out. It'll be fine.

My dd throws up with the dummy still in and it spurts out the side like a little sick explosion on her face. Don't worry, it's safe :)
