Has anyone used one of these?

Saw them online and looking at them for baby due in October, anyone able to give a review?

I can't give a review but is it only me that thinks this sounds like some urological appliance?

"I'm sorry Mrs Smith, you'll need to wear a tuppence and crumble napsack for a few weeks until it clears up.."
