Hi! I'm new so I'm sorry if I don't make much sense lol. When I put my one year old son into nursery I asked for term time, the manager said she couldn't do that because of loSing his place but she did say when he's off in the holidays we won't pay for August. I agreed but when I went to send my son on or around the 17th July they said he couldn't come because he's term time which I thought ok but when I was emailing them the manager said I still have to pay for the rest of July even tho they wouldn't let me bring him in. Please help! I just want to no if this is normal or not? Thanks Kelly x

Doesn't sound right to me. If you are paying for July he can go in July.

Have the staff got confused?
Its easily done as not all staff will be aware of your financial arrangements

Just phone the manager and ask for clarification
All nurseries operate differently.
