Baby not keeping milk down

Hi everyone

My 5 week old can't seem to keep any of her night feeds down. Day ones are fine unless she's just woken up for them? I keep her upright to feed her so maybe she has trapped wind from lying down beforehand. Has anyone else had this problem?

Thanks in advance xx

Have you tried gripe water to help with the wind? It could be reflux so try holding them up right for 30 mins after feeding.

That's the thing, she's upright for the feed and it's as she's being burped that she brings it up? I thought it was maybe reflux, she's bringing up wind no problem X

Bringing up milk with burping is called posseting and is normal. If it is all the feed I would try burping half way through her night time feeds and again at the end to see if that makes a difference.
