does your maxi micro scooter do this?

Bought a maxi micro yesterday to replace one we lost :(

Got it home and adjusted height of T bar and tightened it. Checked it didn't move once tightened and if I push down it does slide down slowly. Is this normal?

We have a micro Sprite and nope it doesn't do that. It has a different fastening to the maxi but that is rubbish. Back to the shop again!!

(Totally not what you asked by we bought my just 4 year old a Sprite when his mini broke and he's fine on it.. I wasn't sure how long the maxi would last him).
