Hello all, I was after some advice. I had my son (now 22 months) in the second year of my PhD and I'm now due to have my second child and was wondering what the deal was in terms of maternity leave, paid and non paid. Does the ESRC give you the same (6months paid, 6 months unpaid) second time round? Thanks in advance xx
