Nappy rash cream recommendations

Hello all,
Can anyone recommend a good nappy rash cream please? Somehow we've managed to make it 20 months without ever really needing anything other than a bit of sudocrem, but this week a combination of a cold and teething has given my DS a really sore bottom. Thank you!

Metanium it's brilliant!

Definitely Metanium! Bepanthen a close second

Yep, metanium, the yellow one.

I couldn't remember the name but definitely the yellow one.

I've found bepanthen to be excellent and cured the nappy rash instantly whereas my baby didn't get on with sudocreme at all. Good luck!

Burt's Bees have a range out for babies and they have a multi-purpose ointment that helps with nappy rash! It's fairly natural as it's coconut oil and beeswax, plus it's 100% petroleum free!

Drapolene

Lots of nappy free time. Also if you want to go natural, I have found coconut oil with some drops of tea tree is very good.

I use coconut oil (we use cloth nappies so sudacrem etc affects absorbency) and it clears rash so quickly. Before we used cloth (started at 8 weeks) we used metanium which was fab - worked really well.
