How to change from breast to bottle

I've been breast feeding but for various reasons I need to change to bottle feeding, baby is 11 days old and I'm wondering how I wean baby off breast and have the bottle?

Everyone is different but I just stopped BF and used bottles. No weaning off breast or mix feeding. Was about the 2 week mark. Took a few days for breasts to stop swelling. DD slept for 4 hours after first bottle. It was bloody amazing!

We introduced bottles a bit slower adding a couple of oz of formula after a short feed she became disinterested in breast within a week or so and my breasts didn't get too sore
