Cold with a two month old

Hello
My baby us two months old and due first vaccines next week.

Yesterday I started to feel really run down and like I am getting the cold - my partner feels this way too. Each time I have woken tonight to feed DD I have felt worse.
I am very worried that I will make my baby unwell. What is best to do in situations like this?
Thanks

Are you breastfeeding? If so then you will pass antibodies over. Otherwise wash your hands and keep good hygiene, but in all honesty it's not the end of the world if they get a cold. Just stock up on saline drops/spray and use before every feed, possibly get a nasal aspirator, and get some olbass oil or similar to put on a cloth near the cot if she does catch it (good to have these in stock as colds and babies go hand in hand I'm afraid!)
