Making formula up in Tenerife

Hi there,
I wonder if anyone could advise how to make formula up abroad. We planned on using bottled water (boiled) - can we use any type of bottled water?

Thanks

Some are high sodium so should be avoided. Google it! But I'm sure Tenerife water is fine if boiled, maybe some knows for sure??

Yes, any type of bottled water is fine. Boiling the water will get rid of any impurities. If it's very hot weather, try offering your baby some cooled boiled water between feeds as well. Enjoy your holiday

In fact, when I was in Cyprus, I used the tap water, sterilised by boiling.
I wasn't aware of high sodium levels in bottled water, that's worth looking into.

There are waters available which are endorsed by the Spanish Paediatric Society which are low sodium etc. From memory Font Vella is one of them and is generally widely available.
