DS has gone to the childminders for a couple of hours, and i feel sick!

He's never been with anyone other than family or my best friend. I've tried to keep busy with a bit of housework, but i feel lost! (It's one of his practise runs before i go back to work)

I know i'm meant to be enjoying the peace, but it's horrible.

The first few times are horrible. It is impossible to 'enjoy' the time because all you are doing is counting down till you can go and collect them. It DOES get easier though, promise.

Make yourself a cup of coffee / tea and SIT DOWN in front of the TV, knowing that there is no reason for you not to get to finish it!!!

well he was fast asleep when i went to pick him up, and when he woke he was in a lovely mood. He'd been playing, and his little playmate waved goodbye to him at the door. Aw!

Feel better now.
