Constant accidents in 2.5 year old - HELP

I potty trained my daughter 3 months ago and it was really hard work and took a while but from December she was fine with just the occasional accident.

Recently though (last 2 weeks) she is wetting herself most days. Just now for example I put her potty right next to her, talked to her about it and within 5 minutes, still standing about 5 inches away from it she weed on the carpet. I lost it with her completely - I know I'm not meant to but every day this is happening and I am just sick of it. The nice calm 'never mind, be ok next time' obviously isn't working so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I completely understand that accidents will happen but they just don't seem like 'accidents'. She is more than capable of going by herself, we give her all the praise still every time. Yesterday she was fine all day (first complete day for a while).

I don't know what to do to make her understand - or can't I, do I have to just put up with it.

Is it possible that she has a Urine/Kidney Infection and that is the cuase of her wetting?
