Joint Custody

I have a court order outlining joint custody for my daughters which has been in place since 2004 My elder daughter is going to be 16 in November. Does anyone know when a legal custody order comes to an end? Thanks

I believe it is 18; however some solicitors have a free "surgery" hour where you can pop in and get quick free advice, so probably best to ask a professional.
