I've been trying for 6 years!!
I can only be one and not all three at a time Grin
Had anyone got any tips on being an all round happy healthy mummy?

What do you mean? I mean most people are healthy 99% of the time so that's not really a key issue. A mother well that's being done survey having a child and caring for their needs. The only point is happy, and that's up to you

By not referring to myself as a mummy. 😁

I'm not sure I manage all three at the same time! I do my best to go to the gym 3 times a week so I like to think this helps me stay healthy and it definitely helps my stress levels! Early nights too! Also making time to sit with the DC on the floor and get involved!

In case the useful range of answers above Hmm need supplementing - do you get enough sleep?

sophree · 15/06/2016 19:19

I don't think I do get enough sleep although I do try.
I know I need to make more time to workout and would like to find more healthy food to cook.
But I just feel like I can't get my butt in gear Sad

I only feel I get all three when I give up booze. Boring, but I do feel happy, healthy and a decent mummy.
