Hi does anyone know what this is? And what to use on it? I've tried baby lotion and cradle cap shampoo

Baby excema or ringworm? You could try aqueous cream and see if that helps or show the pharmacist?

That looks like something my DD had. I assumed it was cradle cap. It spread to behind her ears and was sore to touch. I rubbed a little coconut oil in it and it was gone in a couple of days.
