breakfast time 7MO

My 7 mo wakes up at 4am very day and has milk at 4:30 but what time is a good time to then give him his breakfast?? I feel before 7 is too early am I right in thinking this?

At 7 months it doesn't really matter. You can just offer him something when you eat Smile

I give mine a bottle when he wakes about 7 then has his porridge about 9ish

Do you not put him back to bed after the early morning bottle? I would give a small top up of milk at 7/7.30 am maybe and then breakfats not long after

Breakfast in our house is 7.15 I refuse to make breakfast for the kids before 7 am.

At 7 months the dc were eating porridge/wheetabix spoon fed and then had fruit and toast for finger food.
