Dummy/ teeth problems

Hi my dd is 4 and still has her dummy. We went to the dentist last week and she said that the dummy is starting to effect her dd's teeth. We gave the dummies to the dummy fairy when she turned 4, but she got really ill afterwards and she found a dummy under her bed, so we let her keep it. It was supposed to be only for bedtime, but she has been using it all the time. Should I get rid of them, or should I try some orthodontic dummies instead.

My eldest still has her dummy at 4, and I am trying to relax about it. If you need to use orthodontic dummies instead then maybe that is the best option.
