is it nappy rash?! it doesn't look like it to me.dd has awful looking sores, spotty not rashy iyswim - have been using natural yogurt in case it was a thrushy type thing which almost cleared it up but just changed her nappy now and it looks horrible. sudocrem doesn't seem to agree with her as it dries the skin out without solving the problem. her little rear end is only rinsed with water, i don't use wipes unless we are out (which is not much!).
HELP!!! (strangely enough, it seems to be bothering me far more than her - I'd be all over the place if my bottom looked like that!
