So we can all steal ideas mainly.

*row row row your boat
*helping load and unload the washing machine
*breaking down wooden train tracks I build him
*following me round with the sweeping brush getting his toes swept
*annoying his 4yo sister
*wooden animal jigsaw (with the pictures inside the cut out spaces)
*looking at picture books

I'm sick of the one jigsaw, the three books he wants to look at on repeat, I appreciate the help with the housework!

What does yours enjoy,
?

Playing with the Hoover
Unpacking kitchen drawer
Rearranging fridge
Putting things in the bin
Pretending to drink out of travel mug.

Ignoring all toys we have in favour of above!

cornishglos · 26/05/2016 08:37

Going for walks, picking up stones and sticks.

AliceInHinterland · 26/05/2016 08:41

Copying his dad - so plastic tools for hammering, plastic knife and veg that velcros together for cooking - but there is always a worrying moment where he seems in danger of insisting on having the real thing!!!

Pretending to feed his teddies with a bowl and spoon, same with bottle.

Hiding behind doors and jumping out. Grin

Singing any songs that he can clap to

Going for a walk and barking like a maniac at any dogs or cats we see ( he recently decided that cats don't say meow - they bark Confused )

Playing catch with a ball - he can do it for hours.

"Helping" me with the washing/shopping/cleaning.

bluechameleon · 26/05/2016 12:20

Tipping his tent over
Standing on tables, chairs, ride on toys, cupboards, drums...
Watching videos of himself on my phone

Oh I knew I forgot something - standing up next to the sink and washing her hands is the best thing ever. Obviously

scrumptiouscrumpets · 26/05/2016 13:13

DS is a great help emptying the dishwasher, he hands me everything very carefully and has never broken anything. I hope he keeps on enjoying it!
He also loves throwing the things I tell him to in the bin.

squizita · 26/05/2016 13:17

-Packaging in boxes (e.g. shredded paper)
-Feeding and dressing and changing nappies on teddies
-bubble wrap
-chasing blown bubbles
-heads, shoulders knees and toes!

Oh and a few pots and pans and a wooden spoon gives him at least an hour of enjoyment.

pipnchops · 26/05/2016 19:47

Picking up stones is the latest obsession. If there's water nearby she wants to drop the stones in it, repeatedly. Opening and closing doors, gates, the stair gate. Putting her hands in my mouth and playing with my gums and bottom lip (gross, wish I could stop this but she gets really upset if I turn my face away!).

cindyrella · 26/05/2016 20:59

AusitmAndAshtma your poor cat. That made me lol.

summerdreams · 26/05/2016 21:02

Brushing teeth, hoovering, chasing me and hiding his drink behind my bed and having a major melt down if I try to move it Hmm

MrsA2 · 28/05/2016 07:50

Aww mine is 22 months. This made me smile. They are bonkers aren't they.
Mine adores stones. Putting stones in buckets, trying to put them in the house when not being watched, putting stones down the slide.
Books, jigsaws.
Putting her teddies onto pillows "night night", then giving them a drink from her cup.
Sweeping the floor (with the brush upside down).
Turning the dishwasher up to setting 5 (deep clean) every single day. Knobs on the cooker too.
Dancing and singing. Making Mummy and Daddy sing.
Looking at photos and videos of herself. This is the funniest thing ever. "More me videos"
Waving out the upstairs window at people.
Animals - dogs and birds particularly. Also insects. Love getting right down at face level with ants.

Wobblebeans · 28/05/2016 10:42

18 month old dd3
She loves the bus
Waving at people when they get off the bus
Waving at people out of the window
Birds (waves at them)
Emptying her toy box all over the living room then tidying it all up again (repeat several times over)
Peekaboo
