Hey Flowers
How much are you bleeding? More than a teaspoon each time you check? Do you have to wear a pad, or is it just there when you wipe?

It can be common to have implantation bleeding, but that shouldn't be a huge amount. Do you have any pain? If so, is it on one side or both, and is it crampy or stabbing?

Light bleeding along with some slight (not very painful) cramping is common in early pregnancy, just for ligaments stretching etc.

However, heavy bleeding and very painful cramping can be a sign of miscarriage Sad
Heavy bleeding and stabbing pain on one particular side can be a sign of an ectopic pregnancy, and you need to go to A&E right away.
Is this your first pregnancy??x

You need to go see a Dr and get checked over.

Hope everything turns out ok Flowers
