I currently work 80% and falling into the trap of doing a full time job in those hours. It just about works now with both DC at nursery, but with eldest starting school things are about to get more difficult.
I am after any tips to find part time roles, job shares etc. Are there specific agencies / websites that focus on this? I'd like to work three days, but my current role is not doable below 80% unless I find a job share partner, if my boss agreed to that.
Thanks for any advice. I'm in London and could do policy / economics / corporate governance roles if that helps.
