Reflux still bad at 16 months. Anyone else?

Hi there, my son has had awful reflux since birth, emptying his stomach with big projectile vomits 9-10 times a day at its worst, and refusing all food to the point he was fed by tube for 6 months. He is now 16 months and has improved, and eats for himself now, although struggles to gain weight. He is still extremely fussy and vomits large amounts a couple of times most days. He vomits if he laughs too hard, coughs, has a tantrum, hiccups, basically anything! He has been walking for a few months. I feel like the parent of the oldest toddler with reflux in the country - anyone else still struggling?
