Have a MASSIVE Biological science exam on monday, im revising and revising but it just does not seem to be sinking in.

I keep looking at all my notes, trying to write stuff out without looking but just cannot remember a thing. Im bloody useless.

any fantasmic revision tips anyone? before I throw myself, my books and my laptop out of the window.

make little flashcards with all the important bits of info, use different coloured pens pencils and highlighters. Use these to revise each mini topic. Read through the cards and then write down what you have read. Then go watch tv, look after the kids, do some ironing etc for 10 mins and try to write it down again. This makes sure its in both your long and short term memory

Also take regular breaks, make sure you are drinking anough, make sure you have enough light, try not to worry about the exam im sure you will do really well.

Also old exam papaers to revise from are a godsend if you have any of these try doing old exams.

Put 1 sentance facts or words you need to know. Pin them up round the house in spaces you are likely to spend some time.

E.g. on back of toilet door.
On cupboard door in kitchen where you would stand preparing food.
On top of computer screen so you can see them when you're mning.

And what pretendmum said.

Do remember to take regular breaks.
