Child in school after vomiting

What would you do?

I'm really pissed off as one of the Mums announced in the playground yesterday that her husband is ill with a vomiting and diarrhoea bug and her daughter was complaining of tummy pains but she 'sent her in anyway as she wanted to go.' Then the mother announces on our Facebook group last night that the girl has been vomiting with diarrhoea none stop all evening. Turn up to pre school this morning and she's brought her in!! I can't believe someone would be so selfish.
Anyway, brought my child home and am in 2 minds about what to do about sending him in tomorrow. It's just over a week until we go away on holiday with a very long haul flight, they won't even let us on the plane if one of us is vomiting. Would be a different story come September when he HAS to go to school (reception) but I'm getting really stressed about it! It could potentially mean cancelling going away.
