Can anyone tell me whether you can change the settings so I can stop my daughter deleting any messages she may or may not have sent?

She seems to be receiving some pretty nasty messages from some horrid girls in her school and I want to take it further, but one of them is saying she says things back. I have looked at her phone (and check it regularly), and the only thing I can think of is that she is responding, but then deleting the messages she has sent??

I have found videos that she has recorded in her photos - these aren't being nasty they are just saying "you guys are being mean etc. etc." but then can't see that she has sent these?

Sorry, no, if she deletes them you can't stop it. Only thing you could do would be to ask the other girl to screenshot the messages she receives from your daughter and send you personally as a photo
