hi, my dh is having half a day off for ds birthday we thought we might go to a farm that has a tea room so we can feed ds after seeing animals & take birthday cake with us aswell to have there.
i have also made friends at toddler group & have been invited to one 1st b'day party do you think i should invite them over on the day for a small party before/after visit to farm /day before or just leave it at that.
we are seeing parents the weekend before on different days, would it be too much with a party aswell do you think?

Do what you like whilst your baby is young enough not to care - personally I hate parties and am hoping to avoid them until DS bullies me into having one (hopefully never).

I can't wait for DS's 1st birthday, i think we might go to a farm for the day too, and invite some relatives along. Do whatever you like while you have the enthusiasm, and DS can't nag for something else!
