My newbie is 8 days old and hasn't pooed for nearly two days. Should I be concerned?

Ask your MW of HV if you're concerned but mine as a newbie only went once a day and gradually less and less. Only goes once every 48-72 hours now at 18 weeks which I'm told is fine as long as it's once a week. It's a doozy each time though!
