Hi my baby is breastfed and after feeds tends to bring up some of his milk. Sometimes rather a lot of it. He goes very tense and rigid at times and also gets fretful in himself. If you can manage to get him to burp at these times this usually calms him. So far this is what I remember from my daughter. However my son seems to start bringing up milk at times which seems to catch in his throat and makes him gag and splutter. He then swallows which is what makes me think he is starting to bring up some milk which doesn't actually make it out. Is this normal? I don't think he is actually choking as he is so far able to clear it himself but it is starting to worry me a little.
