Crop tops on girls

I don't have girls but I saw a kid about 11 in a supermarket and i just think NO>
Are crop tops de riguer?

Yes they are. But I wore them in the early 80's so

Appears so from the teens in our park. That and rapunzel long hair. Cropped tops was in when I was a teen but I just had tummy ache when I wore them.
I now wouldn't put anyone through the sight of my gut!

My daughter is 10 and is always keeping on about wearing them. I hate them! I let her wear one with a longer vest undrrneath. Big bog without

Yes usually with a degree of muffin top hanging over high waisted leggings, well around here it is

Dd says girls her age wear them (age 12) but she shows no inclination to wear one and thinks they look daft

DDs (7 and 8) would both wear them if I'd let them. Bought DD1 one with a vest underneath the other day which she loves...
