Wash in biological powder/gel with a pre-wash of soda crystals, and then get them out in the sunshine. That usually works on most stains my 1 year old manages, including tomato!

Apply neat fairy liquid and soak

Soak in cold water immediately. Then wash as normal.

Soak in Napisan for 2 hours and then wash as normal. Got blood off my white sheets!

Try Simple Solution pet stain remover. I've had good results on removing mud stains with it.

Napisan works wonders!

Oh yes, we leave anything stained out in the sun and the stains are usually much better after a few hours.

Yep, I'd second direct sunlight. Certainly for poo and tomato based stains. (Most of which were generated by DD at nursery. The one seemed to lead to the other)

doak in cold water + bio powder. then wash. and yes to drying outside. sunlight is magic when it comes to stains.

GreenMarkerPen · 10/04/2016 15:54

doak? soak!

Napisan. Recommended to me years ago by an Australian friend who claimed it was the only way to get stains out in the absence of adequate year round sunshine!
