Reading, playing musical games, arts and craft, cooking, go for walks/to the park, play dressing up games

any type of make believe game - don't worry about feeling silly btw - she will love it! or ask her to bring a long a favourite toy or game to play with?

she loves crafts, so that's easy - we've done the library this week - should I be doing stuff all the time or can we just chill too ?

I think chilling time is important too. There's nothing wrong with watching a video or a bit of tv so long as its not all the time. I think the inportant thing is making her afternoons with you varied depending on her mood/ the weather etc.
