I have a child arrangement order in place but the school holidays says to be agreed but mentions fathers weekend being extended to or from Wed but my ex-dp will not agree even tho this is how we have agreed previous holidays.
Anyone know where I stand? Can I decide to only make my ds available on the dates I suggest and in line with the order?
